Returns & Refunds policy:

We value our customers/clients and take full responsibility for any inconveniences to ensure satisfaction in our services. 

Our company offers a 30 days cancellation rule where the notification for goods on cancellation is expected within 30 days after delivery.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, there must be a clear statement of return.

Communication for refunds is through our company’s e-mail refunds@bplinecontainer.com

We will process and make the refund within 15days from the day on which we receive the returned units.

Eligibility for returns/refunds:

For a return/refund, make sure that the following are well observed.

  • The unit(s) must have been purchased in the last 30 days
  • The unit(s) should be in great shape and packaging as delivered.

The following units cannot be returned or refunded

  • The return of unit(s) made to your specifications and/or clearly personalized.
  • The return of unit(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example unit(s) which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The return of units that are damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any units that fail to meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Units

We only schedule pick up of returned units once, if you miss the schedule and appointed date and time you will be responsible for the delivery cost for another date.

Refunds:
All refunds process will incur 12% Admin fees and 8% logistics and transportation charge, this charges are subject to our refund policy and guidelines REFUNDS POLICY(10CFG). We only process refunds via ACH (Automated Clearing House) Transfer.
Refund process can only be submited once, after the above charges are clear your refunded account will be linked automaticaly for refunds process.
Kindly note that your banking information are encrypted and protected, we do not have access to view your bank information hence why we request charges to be clear to automatic connection for refunds.

Return Or Order In Transit/Hold
Returns for order in transit/hold due to any circumstances, must
1. Returned back to our nearest Delivery Yard
2. Refunds will then be processed(this will take 180days).
